Payment Policy
- A deposit of 50% is required in order to guarantee a reservation
- Balance to be settled 21 days prior to arrival
- Exchange rate expenses must be settled by the customer
- Transaction expenses by banks must be settled by the customer
Cancelation Policy
- Cancelation 21 days or more prior to arrival will result in a loss of the deposit
- Cancelation 21 days or less prior to arrival will result in a loss of total amount paid
- Early checkout will result in a 100% loss of the cost of the remaining nights
